It looks like your ether sitting or on one knee by the look of the pic. Looking at it she got about 2 foot off the ground. For a kick like that she has to be a black belt. I feel sorry for any one she has to kick with that move. B/c you have a 1 out of 50 chance of not getting KO'ed.
